Scottie Pippen, former All-Star forward, NBA Champion, and Michael Jordan wingman for the Chicago Bulls, was asked to do a cameo for an upcoming movie titled "A Tribute to Big Red" which is now titled "Midgets vs. Mascots." Pippen issued an awkward press release trying to explain he had no idea the Gary Coleman featured movie was going to be called "Midgets vs. Mascots" and that he was told he had scripted lines but instead they improv'd by hitting him in the head with a telephone and proceeded to beat up poor Scottie. One of the "Little people" involved in the beating claims he was injured by Pippen as he tried to defend himself against the surprise midget attack.
