Rumours of Apples latest gadget have been swirling around the net. The iSlate is supposed to be a 10" tablet that looks like a big iPhone. This device should render Amazons popular e-reader, Kindle , obsolete. The tablet combines the functions of both netbook and kindle, In an ebook reader. It has a virtual keyboard for text entry and a webcam for video conferencing. If this thing works half as good as it looks then this is sure to be new standard for the e-reader industry. Release date is rumored to be the end of January, 2010.
